These terms govern access to and use of MOD DTF RIP software and related services supplied by Petru Palimariu, a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
New eligible installations may receive a 15-day free trial. The trial is intended to let you test the software and compatibility before purchasing. When the trial expires, printing features requiring a valid licence are disabled until a paid plan is activated.
Available plans are 1 Month (€17.90), 6 Months (€99.90) and 12 Months (€179.90). The exact billing period, renewal terms and total amount are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. If a plan is offered as recurring, you may cancel future renewal in accordance with the cancellation options made available to you.
MOD DTF RIP is licensed, not sold. A valid licence gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the period covered by your trial or paid plan. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or circumvent licensing controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.
The current release is intended for supported Epson XP-15000 DTF workflows. Printer conversions, drivers, inks, films, profiles and hardware configurations vary. Test the software and output before production use. You remain responsible for your printer setup, materials, backups and production decisions.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and applicable payment details are shown before purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
We may update the software to improve features, compatibility, security or reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and planned or emergency maintenance may occasionally affect licence verification or related online services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
