MOD DTF RIP provides a 15-day free trial so you can test the software and supported workflow before purchasing a paid plan. No payment is required to start the trial.
If your checkout states that your plan renews automatically, you may cancel future renewal using the available subscription-management or support process. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a billing problem, or the purchased access was not provided, contact us promptly at support@moddtfrip.com with your payment reference. Refund requests are reviewed in light of the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
If you experience an installation, activation or licensing problem, contact support so we can attempt to resolve it. Please include your order reference and a description of the issue, but do not send payment-card details.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other rights that you are entitled to under applicable law.
