We may process contact details you provide, licence and installation identifiers, subscription status and transaction references, support messages, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the software.
We use information to provide the software and 15-day trial, manage licences and subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, process purchases, maintain security and reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments are processed by Stripe. MOD DTF RIP does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
We may use service providers for payment processing, licence verification, hosting and technical infrastructure. We share only information reasonably required for those services.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
